If you do not require all 10 chairs, we can set up the number you require, however, the standard fee will apply.

Your standard outdoor ceremony booking includes the couple plus 18 people ( Adults, Children and Suppliers).

You can increase this up to 59 people including the couple for a fee of $75. This fee also includes the supply of a microphone and speaker so all your guests can hear your ceremony.

This pricing is exclusively for Simple Ceremonies' clients. It is also currently only available at Bradfield Park, Milsons Point, Blues Point Reserve, McMahons Point. Other locations available but incur a delivery and setup fee. Called 0280033919 or email for an instant quote for your location.

Included in this price is: delivery, set up and removal at Bradfield Park, Milsons Point, Blues Point Reserve, McMahons Point.

N.B. Equipment will arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your ceremonies scheduled start time - but will be setup prior to your scheduled start time. Pack up will commence immediately following the scheduled finish time of your ceremony.

Terms and conditions of Simple C equipment hire

  • Payment at the time of booking is required in full - and is non refundable. Rescheduling, may be possible, but will incur a fee of $85. 
  • Simple C cannot be held liable for adverse weather conditions on the day of your wedding ceremony and a refund will not be provided if it rains or there are extreme weather conditions.
  • Simple C reserves the right to protect its property from damage in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions.
  • The packages indicated on the website are the only packages available for hire.
